Mercier Consultancy is offering an exciting opportunity for Croatian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team in Athens, Greece, with fully paid relocation. As a Customer Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for Croatian-speaking clients, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. Your role is key in strengthening client relationships and promoting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Educate customers on products and services to enhance engagement
- Collect customer feedback for continuous service improvement
- Participate in training and development programs
Requirements
- Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
