Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Croatian-Speaking Customer Agent to work in Athens, Greece, supporting Booking.com customers. This role is ideal for someone fluent in Croatian who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and international environment.
As a Customer Agent, you will be the key point of contact for Croatian-speaking clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding Booking.com services to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries related to bookings, reservations, and services offered by Booking.com
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complex customer issues
- Offer guidance and solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback and report insights for continuous service improvement
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on Booking.com products and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in travel or booking services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
