Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Croatian-Speaking Customer Service role within our Tourism Industry Department. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Greece, allowing you to enjoy a perfect work-life balance in a beautiful setting.

We are seeking a dedicated individual fluent in Croatian to provide outstanding customer service and support to our Croatian-speaking clients. Your role will involve assisting clients with their tourism-related inquiries, helping them plan and enjoy their trips to Greece with ease.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Croatian regarding tourism services, travel arrangements, and bookings
• Guide clients through booking processes and provide detailed information about travel options
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and operational processes
• Stay up-to-date with current tourism offerings and trends within Greece

Requirements

• Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently from a remote location in Greece
• Previous experience in customer service or tourism is advantageous but not required
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in the tourism industry and willingness to learn about Greece's travel opportunities
