In this role, you will provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to hospitality services. Your communication skills and customer-oriented approach will be vital in ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist Croatian-speaking clients with questions and concerns regarding hospitality services
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues to maintain high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client support
- Stay informed about hospitality industry trends and company offerings
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to work in Greece with provided accommodation
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in hospitality is a plus
