Are you a skilled Croatian interpreter looking for an on-site opportunity?

We are looking for Croatian-English interpreters to join our team in San Diego, California. If you have strong language skills, at least 1 year of interpretation experience, and a passion for helping people communicate effectively, we want to hear from you!

As an interpreter, you will facilitate clear and accurate communication between Croatian and English speakers while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian and English
• Based in or able to work on-site in San Diego, California
• Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to accurately interpret concepts and meanings without omissions or additions
• Ability to follow established interpretation protocols and professional standards
• Familiarity with cultural concepts and the ability to communicate them appropriately when necessary

Technical Requirements

• 90% English proficiency
• Stable internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Windows 10 or later or Mac

Your Responsibilities

• Interpret calls and conversations between Croatian and English speakers accurately and professionally
• Follow the interpreter's code of conduct and confidentiality requirements
• Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary, especially healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in internal training
• Communicate and report to your team leader
