As a CRO Specialist, you will help run the A/B testing roadmap for our Global Ecommerce Platforms. You have a deep understanding of experimentation, data analysis and user behavior/psychology. You are responsible for research, ideation, prioritization, and analysis of A/B tests, working closely together with the UX design and Development teams to implement tests.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze behavioral analytics data (using Mixpanel) to understand user behavior, identify pain points, and recommend optimizations.
Planning and prioritizing experiments in line with our testing strategy to meet business needs.
Assist in the design, development, setup and quality assurance of A/B tests in Optimizely.
Analyze experiment results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Support in implementing on-site tracking solutions, collaborating closely with the Data team.
Collaborate with Ecommerce, digital marketing, UX design, and development teams to implement and test new ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Optimizely Feature Experimentation (server-side) and Web Experimentation (client-side), or similar A/B testing tools.
Experience with Product Analytics or Digital Analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar …)
Proficient in data analysis and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. SQL is a plus.
Some technical knowledge of Single Page Application development frameworks such as React is a plus.
Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication and presentation skills, in order to present test outcomes and research insights in a business-friendly manner
