The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. We are a leading marketing agency dedicated to helping our clients achieve remarkable growth, and we need an expert to focus on optimizing conversion funnels for our e-commerce clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and a proven track record of using data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth audits of client Shopify stores, analyzing user behavior, and identifying friction points in the customer journey.
Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies and testing plans to improve conversion rates, average order value, and overall site engagement.
Utilize and implement Shopify apps and other third-party tools to enhance store functionality and user experience.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on key pages (e.g., product pages, checkout flows, landing pages) to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
Create and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies on e-commerce sites.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with our marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in conversion rate optimization and the Shopify ecosystem.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, specifically with a focus on Shopify and e- commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps (ex: microsoft clarity), and session recordings to derive actionable insights.
Experience in implementing and optimizing Shopify apps for conversion purposes.
In-depth knowledge of upselling, cross-selling, and other psychological principles of e- commerce.
A solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or others).
Familiarity with and understanding of AI-powered tools for data analysis, A/B testing, and personalized customer experiences.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week) with a work schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (time zone to be specified, e.g., PST/EST).
