Role: CRO EXPERIMENTATION MANAGER

Location: World, Remote

Required Skills:

• CRO Account & Project Lead with experience managing experimentation and optimisation programmes across digital and eCommerce environments
• Strong ability to define CRO strategy, build hypothesis-driven backlogs, and translate CX and data insights into testing roadmaps
• Hands-on experience with optimisation tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, or Adobe, with understanding of tracking and implementation
• Experienced in managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and ROI tracking in fast-paced client environments
• Skilled in writing clear test requirements, specifications, and supporting business cases for experimentation delivery
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret test results and present insights to stakeholders in a clear, structured way
• Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver CRO initiatives from planning through to go-live
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, organised, and commercially focused approach
