Description

NAPA is seeking Full Time CRNAs to join our practice at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center. Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center will give residents of Lancaster and York counties additional access to Penn State Health’s expertise and specialty services without having to make the drive to Hershey. This brand new facility opened in the Summer of 2022.This acute care facility will play a major role in helping Penn State Health reach its long-term goal of making sure the people in the communities we serve are within

Total Rewards

Salary: $255K - $330K ($122.60/$158.65hr.)

Sign-on Incentive: $75K

Case Assignments & Schedule

  • Schedule: Flexible schedule options available; include 8, 10 & 12 hours, no nights, weekends, holiday or call.
  • CRNA call is in house only. No elective weekend cases
  • Diverse case mix including ortho, healthy peds, light OB, urology, neurology, general, GI, TEE and EP lab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
  • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
  • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
