Job Description

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our team at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services in Gallup, New Mexico. This is an exceptional job share opportunity for independent providers who value flexibility, autonomy, and leadership within a close-knit, rural hospital environment.

Position Highlights:

• $150,000 (1099)
• 13 weeks of service in a job share model (typical rotation: 1 week per month)
• 4-member CRNA-only team; 2 on site daily with shared call
  • This position only requires 6 weekends of call coverage per the 13 weeks
• Off-site call with a 30-minute response time
• Case mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, plus limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry
• No OB services
• Approximately 100 cases per month

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience or strong interest in a chief role preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
• Board certified/eligible CRNA
• Providers who value schedule flexibility and teamwork encouraged to apply
