North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a full time CRNA at Ortho Virginia Shrader. Ortho Virginia is recognized as the largest Orthopedic group in Virginia, employing over 140 physicians at 35 locations across the state. Ortho Virginia’s Shrader Road practice includes some of the top orthopedic doctors in Richmond, VA, as well as integrated physical therapy and an on-site office operatory. This care team model means that we focus on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.
Total Rewards
Salary: $190K - $238K

Case Assignments
• Routine outpatient orthopedics, with a focus of expanding a new outpatient total joint program including shoulders, knees, and hips.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
