- ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Orthopedics, Pediatric, Robotic procedures, Urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro).
- Cardiac, Complete Ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic
• Required Procedures:
- General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric & Trauma)
- Spinal & Epidural Anesthesia
- Obstetrical Cases
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- ACT Model: Medically supervised
- CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main surgery dept; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 Bronchoscopy room & 1 Cath lab
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Requirements:
• Active WA License or compact license
• BC/BE
• BLS, ACLS (Red Cross/AHA)
