Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $316,800 annually 
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 8 weeks unpaid PTO

Practice Environment:

• Charlotte Hungerford Hospital | Torrington, CT
• 4 ORs + 1 GI +1 OB | 109 beds | Community hospital
• 4 ORs start at 7 am
• 5,100 cases per year
• Case mix: B&B, OR, GI, and minimal OB
• No call!
• Practice at Full Scope
• Care Team Model
• Medical Malpractice

Qualifications:

• Active CT license
• Board certification required
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
