Christus Spohn Shoreline

• Top of Market Compensation: $310(k) + hourly differential
• NO CALL
• 8 Weeks Off
• Work 4-6 weekends a year
• Case types include general bread and butter, Endo, Urology, Orthopedics, GYN, heads
• No OB or hearts
• 1099 Position with access to financial planning
• Regional Level 2 Trauma center with a fantastic case mix
• Collaborative Model, CRNAs practice to the full scope of license and abilities
• Strong Surgeon/CRNA collaborative relationship
• Stable, welcoming core group of CRNAs
• Growing facility and surgical service-lines
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided
• Several senior CRNAs on staff; able to support new graduates and provide growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• Regional Anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but we are very willing to train
• A great attitude and a team-oriented mindset
