Job Description

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
• Architect and develop D365F&O gap/fit solutions for D365 on-cloud.
• Strong Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service online, Business Central Case Entity
• Experience in Power Apps
• Experience in Reports - Advanced reporting functionalities, Power BI Online, SSRS Reports
• Strong Experience in Customizations and Integrations with D365.
• Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Integration APIs - Business Events, DMF API, Recurring API, Custom services, and OData.
• Configuring D365FO workflows and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes for Microsoft Dynamics AX & Dynamics 365 FO
• Perform debugging and testing of all D365 code and assist with any issues related to production or development environments.
• Proven Experience in at least 1 implementation of CRMS for Customer Zone.
