• 
  Maintain functional and technical knowledge of CRM Applications
• 
  Support CRM applications through maintenance, form/dashboard & workflow customizations and end-user guidance
• 
  Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the application to meet the customer’s needs.
  ​
• 
  Proactively document solutions, processes, designs and lessons learned
• 
  Incorporate learnings into future solution design considerations
• 
  Develop, execute, and verify test plans and scripts for functional testing based on User Story Acceptance Criteria
• 
  Identify and manage risks with timely reporting and escalation of such risks and issues

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, or any related field
• 
  2+ years of experience in CRM implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
• 
  Ability to train users on IT solutions including writing training manuals and user guides.
