Job Description

The successful intern will be supporting the CRM team managing owned channels campaigns: email, push notification, Whatsapp and in app news, content & engagement activities.

Tasks may include, sided by Tutor with increasing autonomy, relating with all the internal stakeholders, supporting briefing, monitoring and assessing campaigns performance through appropriate KPIs, ensuring the respect of deadlines and objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Audience Segmentation Support
Assist in analyzing customer data to identify key segments.
Support the creation of customer profiles based on segmentation rules.


2. Loyalty Program Support
Support in creating content and engagement activities in Samsung Members app and Community & for Rewards loyalty program.

3. Campaign Governance
Help in planning and executing CRM campaigns, coordinating agencies by producing brief, checking assets and interfacing with product division, e-store and Legal Team.
Also Monitor campaign performances and provide feedback to spread best practices.

4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the CRM team to support ongoing projects.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving CRM strategies. Also supporting Business Innovation Team for producing campaigns reports.

5. International Environment
Work closely with European colleagues to share CRM perspectives, common goals, visions and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

BSc/MSc (pursuing/graduate) in Marketing or Media & Communication.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and basic understanding of project management.
Proficiency in English language.
Interest in learning about CRM & Loyalty strategy.
Willingness to learn about segmentation rules and approaches.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to effectively contribute under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
