Our client is looking for a
CRM Strategist – HubSpot
to help design, optimize, and scale CRM systems that support revenue growth and operational efficiency. They operate within the digital marketing and revenue operations space and have built a strong reputation over the past few years for delivering scalable, data-driven solutions to growing businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and strategic side of HubSpot and enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM environments
Design CRM architectures that support marketing, sales, and customer success workflows
Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions and processes
Build and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, and automations
Ensure CRM data integrity, structure, and reporting accuracy
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand goals and recommend CRM improvements
Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term scalability
Provide guidance and troubleshooting support related to HubSpot usage and adoption
Proven hands-on experience working as a HubSpot CRM Strategist or in a similar role
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, and reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and following structured processes
Strong communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset
Experience implementing or optimizing HubSpot CRM for mid-market or enterprise teams
Solid understanding of RevOps concepts across marketing, sales, and customer success
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments
