Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on service appointments, gather feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction with Porsche Aftersales services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries related to service schedules, vehicle maintenance, and aftersales services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, including interactions, feedback, and service history.
• Regularly review and update customer contact details to ensure effective and timely communication.
• Coordinate closely with the Service team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
• Address customer concerns and service-related issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when required.
• Analyse CRM and customer data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring additional support.
• Provide professional support for switchboard and internal/external communication when required.
• Sort and distribute mail, route outgoing correspondence, and operate copying or duplicating equipment as needed.
• Provide relief support to clerical staff and perform related administrative duties when required.
• Communicate any operational issues or challenges to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head/Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Aftersales, or similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
