Hiring remotely, we’re a team of 75, and we’re planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~12 months.

About the Role

You’ll join a fast-growing CRM function and help shape how we engage and retain users across the full lifecycle.

We’re moving from one-off pushes to real lifecycle marketing. Building automated journeys across email, push, and in-app, with additional channels on the roadmap.

You’ll also play part in supporting our migration to Braze, helping us transition campaigns, improve segmentation, and set the foundations for scalable automation.

You’ll work closely with the team to build campaigns and automated journeys that move users from signup to first purchase, and from first purchase to loyal, repeated behavior.

About the Hiring Manager and Role

Hi, I’m Elsa 👋 and I lead CRM at Roamless.

I’ve spent more than 10 years working across CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention and Loyalty for international consumer brands, helping turn customer data into relevant experiences, stronger engagement and long-term growth.

CRM at Roamless is entering an exciting new phase. Our customer base and campaign activity are growing quickly, and we are migrating to Braze to build more advanced customer journeys, stronger personalization and a scalable global CRM function.

As CRM Specialist, you’ll help manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns and automated journeys across email, push notifications and in-app messaging. You’ll work on initiatives designed to help customers understand our product, complete key actions, stay engaged between trips and return to Roamless whenever they travel.

You’ll also play an active role in our Braze migration, supporting the setup of campaigns, templates, segments and automated journeys while developing strong technical and operational CRM skills.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their CRM career who enjoys combining creativity, data and technology, and who wants to grow into a strong CRM and retention professional.

What you’ll do

• Build, test, schedule and launch CRM campaigns across email, push notifications and in-app messaging.
• Own the operational campaign process from briefing and setup through QA, launch and performance reporting.
• Support the implementation and migration of CRM campaigns, templates, customer segments and automated journeys in Braze.
• Create customer segments based on behavioural events, user attributes, engagement levels, purchase history and lifecycle stage.
• Develop automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, repeat purchase, retention, loyalty and reactivation.
• Perform detailed campaign QA, checking audiences, exclusions, journey logic, personalisation, translations, links, tracking and technical setup.
• Build and update email templates using HTML and Braze Liquid.
• Monitor CRM performance across engagement, conversion, repeat purchase, retention and unsubscribe metrics.
• Support A/B tests across audiences, messaging, timing, channels, incentives and customer journey design.
• Maintain accurate campaign calendars, documentation, naming conventions and internal processes.
• Collaborate with copy, design, product, and data teams to coordinate campaign requirements and resolve blockers.

What you’ll bring

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing or a similar hands-on role.
• Experience building automated lifecycle journeys/campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as Braze (preferred), Klaviyo, or CleverTap.
• Strong ownership and reliability: you take responsibility for your work, manage deadlines and follow tasks through to completion.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with audiences, campaign logic, personalisation and customer-facing content.
• An analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign metrics and customer data.
• Clear and transparent communication, including the confidence to flag blockers, uncertainty or mistakes early.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to investigate issues before escalating them.
• Openness to feedback and a genuine motivation to continuously improve.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fully remote team.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM use cases such as onboarding, activation, churn prevention, win-back, and repeat purchase.
• Basic HTML knowledge and the ability to make or troubleshoot changes within email templates.
• Basic SQL knowledge and confidence working with customer data.
• Experience with A/B testing, control groups and campaign performance analysis.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and app-based customer journeys.
• International experience, working with a global user base
