Clayton HubSpot Services is seeking a detail oriented and analytical HubSpot Specialist to support the integrity and effectiveness of our HubSpot ecosystem!
The HubSpot Specialist serves as the first point of contact for incoming HubSpot support requests. This role is responsible for reviewing requests, resolving approved in scope issues, ensuring alignment with established standards, and routing work appropriately based on governance, risk, and ownership requirements. The role also helps maintain consistency across client portals and protects system quality by preventing unclear, incomplete, or noncompliant work from moving forward. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: A bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred. 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, systems and user support and data management. Experience working in the HubSpot ecosystem preferred.
