During the 3 years apprenticeship, you will be in charge of various activites :
General Sales Support
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, proposals, meeting packs, and RFPs
- Support client meetings, conferences, roadshows, and external events
- Organise and distribute sales materials such as factsheets, portfolios, commentaries, and regulatory reporting
- Monitor sales flows, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Provide regular sales analysis and reporting at client, channel, and country level
- Support the preparation and coordination of internal sales activities and procedural controls
- Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, RFP, Product , Finance, Strategy
- Maintain accurate client information and update CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Support due diligence requests, reporting processes, and internal documentation
Client Relationship Activities
- Act as the first point of contact for client requests and queries
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to clients and prospects
- Support senior colleagues in managing day-to-day client interactions
- Follow up with clients and prospects to gather feedback and ensure high client satisfaction
- Organise and coordinate periodic client review meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, fund managers, and other stakeholders
- Provide clients with basic fund, market, and operational information, escalating more complex queries when necessary
- Attend meetings, conference calls, and external events when required

Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) est la principale société de gestion de Natixis IM en Europe. Elle réunit 2 activités :
· Les activités de distribution en Europe et dans d'autres zones géographiques comme l'APAC, le Moyen Orient, et l'Amérique latine, de l’offre en gestion d’actifs de Natixis IM ;
· Une plateforme de centres d’expertises (fonctions support) au service des activités de distribution et des affiliés.
Natixis IMI poursuit son développement et renforce sa présence en France et à l’international, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de ses équipes et sur le modèle multi-affiliés de Natixis IM.

Natixis in Portugal is a Centre of Expertise whose mission is to transform traditional banking by developing innovative solutions for the business, operations and work culture of Groupe BPCE worldwide.
Natixis in Portugal is part of the Global Financial Services division, where it applies technology for the development of financial expertise in its two global business lines – Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management – and, transversally, for the entities of Groupe BPCE.
The Centre of Expertise, currently has more than 3,000 employees from over 46 nationalities, organised in three main departments: Information Technology, Banking Support Activities and Compliance. These teams work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting and creating value for all the business lines and platforms of the group.

O projeto Atlas consubstancia a criação de uma nova unidade da Natixis a instalar na Região Metropolitana do Porto, com o objetivo de prestar serviços de tecnologia de informação (TI) para os segmentos da Natixis de Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking, Central Functions e Infrastructure & Security. Para além disso, o Centro Tecnológico visa impulsionar os processos de inovação do Grupo, pelo desenvolvimento de projetos de I&D para desenvolvimento de novas soluções para o setor financeiro.
O centro tecnológico idealizado para Portugal será estruturado como uma extensão de todas as atividades de TI do Grupo e dos diversos segmentos de negócio (Retail, Corporate and Investment Bank e Central Function). O projeto ATLAS teve o seu início em março de 2017 com o arranque da sua operação no Porto e contratação de primeiros recursos humanos altamente qualificados. As novas instalações foram formalmente inauguradas a 07/03/2018.
