Job Description

Are you passionate about turning data into action—and strategy into real impact in the field?

We’re looking for a CRM & Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Lead to join our Norway/Finland Marketing organization and play a pivotal role in how we engage customers, drive performance, and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients.

This is not a traditional CRM or reporting role.
This is a strategic and executional position where you will shape how our teams work, where they focus, and how we continuously improve.

🌟 Why this role matters

In today’s complex healthcare environment, success depends on more than great products—it requires focused, insight-driven, and high-quality engagement with stakeholders

As our SFE Lead, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, helping us answer critical questions such as:

  • Are we focusing on the right customers?
  • Are we engaging them in the right way?
  • Are we truly delivering impact where it matters most?

You will partner directly with Business Unit leaders across Oncology & Vaccines and shape a model that will scale into the broader Pharma organization.

🎯 What you will do

  • Lead the SFE agenda across Norway and Finland—from strategy to execution
  • Own and evolve CRM (Veeva) and ensure it becomes a true driver of business value
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Challenge existing ways of working and drive meaningful change in the field
  • Enable teams to operate with focus, discipline, and customer-centricity
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on commercial execution

Example of responsibilities:

  • Drive SFE execution: Lead SFE cycles across markets, including segmentation, targeting, and multichannel planning (MCCP), ensuring clear priorities and strong field execution.
  • Own SFE & CRM strategy and governance: Define and evolve the SFE and CRM framework, aligning local needs with regional/global standards.
  • Lead CRM (Veeva) capability: Ensure CRM effectively supports commercial execution, with strong adoption, usability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set priorities and manage demand: Prioritize and align CRM and SFE initiatives across markets, balancing business needs and global frameworks.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment: Work closely with business units and functions to ensure aligned plans and execution.
  • Drive execution excellence: Support the field with clear processes, training, and ongoing optimization of ways of working.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance: Maintain high standards for CRM data accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead change and adoption: Drive system releases, new ways of working, and ensure strong adoption through communication and training.
  • Turn data into action: Enable performance tracking and translate insights into concrete actions to improve field impact.
  • Uphold compliance standards: Operate in full adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring integrity and accountability in all activities.

💡 Who you are

You are not just technical & analytical—you are insightful and action-oriented

  • You thrive in roles where you can influence, challenge, and improve performance
  • You’re comfortable working with data, but even more passionate about what to do differently because of it
  • You take initiative and don’t wait to be told what needs fixing
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • You enjoy working across functions and markets, and know how to bring people along

You likely have experience in commercial excellence, CRM, analytics, or consulting, ideally within healthcare—but above all, you are a driver of change with a strong business mindset

🌍 What we offer

  • A role with direct impact on business performance
  • The opportunity to shape and scale best-in-class SFE capabilities across Norway & Finland
  • A collaborative, forward-looking environment where your ideas will matter
  • The chance to work at the heart of how we bring innovation to patients in a company with a long history and broad pipeline ahead
