If you are a CRM Quotes & Orders Logger professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you. Based in Cluj, you will provide CRM logging support to sales teams across Europe, helping ensure customer requests for quotations (RFQs) and purchase orders (POs) are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Emerson quality standards. In this role, you will contribute to a positive customer experience through effective data management, collaboration, and attention to detail while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Register customer RFQs and POs accurately and promptly within CRM systems.
• Maintain high-quality CRM records in accordance with established standards, processes, and best practices.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and contact information to ensure an accurate and up-to-date database.
• Send timely acknowledgements confirming receipt of customer RFQs and POs.
• Route CRM tasks and inquiries to the appropriate sales team members.
• Partner with sales teams to support customer requirements and deliver high-quality service.
• Update CRM records with relevant information related to customer requests and activities.
• Maintain electronic documentation and support document archiving processes.
• Provide mailbox management support when required.
• Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing priorities and urgent customer inquiries.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with customer data, business systems, or CRM platforms.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.
• Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed and virtual teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience supporting sales, order management, customer service, quotation processes, or CRM administration.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Familiarity with document management and archiving processes.
