Job Description

The Oberalp Group is a management driven family business - a house of brands that creates high quality technical mountaineering products. We have 6 own brands Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country, Evolv and LaMunt. As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.

We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.

We are looking for a CRM Project & Operations Specialist for our E-Commerce Team in Bolzano.

You will manage the migration of our email and CRM marketing to a new marketing automation platform across all our brands, and after go-live you will own the day-to-day operation of that platform. You will be the central point of contact for the brand teams, our external CRM partner and IT, and you will make sure that every newsletter and automated journey across our brands is built, tested and sent to the same standard. You will not do this alone: the E-Commerce Team, our external CRM partner and IT support you in every aspect of the project and the platform, from tool know-how and processes to stakeholder management, and you grow into the role step by step.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage the platform migration project from kick-off to go-live: timeline, milestones, dependencies, risks and status reporting to the E-Commerce Director
  • Coordinate the external CRM partner, IT and the brand marketing teams and keep decisions and open points documented
  • Set up and maintain the group standard for templates, modules, lifecycle journeys and segments, and make sure all brands work within it
  • Own the operational sending process: campaign planning, build review, testing, approval and sending across all brands
  • Monitor and maintain the integrations with the shop platform, product data and customer data, and follow up on issues with IT
  • Track data quality, consent and deliverability and report on list health and engagement per brand
  • Report on campaign and journey performance and propose improvements based on the numbers
  • Onboard and train the brand teams on the platform and the operating guidelines
  • Keep the CRM documentation in Confluence up to date

Profile

  • University degree in economics, marketing, business informatics or a similar field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or digital marketing, an internship in this area counts
  • First hands-on experience with an email or marketing automation tool (e.g. Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Brevo) is a plus
  • First experience in coordinating projects or tasks with several stakeholders
  • Structured, precise way of working and a strong sense of ownership for processes and quality
  • Comfortable with data: you read reports, spot inconsistencies and ask why
  • Fluent in English and in Italian or German
  • Passion for mountains and outdoor sports is a plus

Workplace: Bolzano or Kiefersfelden

Annual Gross Base Salary Range: 40.000€ - 50.000€ + additional target bonus of 5-10% of base salary.

Compensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job-related responsibilities.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Pay decisions are made consistently across comparable roles and career levels, supporting our commitment to equal pay for substantially similar work.

If your experience and capabilities exceed the requirements outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply. We are open to discussing a compensation package that appropriately reflects the value you can bring to the role.

If you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
