The Position

CRM Product Owner - Business Analyst

As part of a global IT Harmonization initiative, Imerys Group implemented a global CRM solution using SalesForce.com platform for all its commercial processes and regrouping as of now approx. 2000 users.

The Product Owner is part of a team of other product owners. They are accountable and responsible for various objects (products) in CRM and the translation of the business requirements into user stories which are used by developers to configure and develop our CRM platform accordingly.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organize workshops to gather business requirements for new Commercial Processes and enhancements for existing ones

  • Ensure alignment between different business stakeholders and produce a common process design

  • Define with the business and the PMO a calendar related to the delivery of the new features or enhancements in CRM, taking into account the requirements in terms of roll out as well as the enablers required (Data migrations, training kit, reporting needs)

  • Align with the business to get an official sign off on their MVP scope

  • Translate the business needs and requirements into user stories including: who, what, why, acceptance criteria and testing scenarios

  • Ensure the quality of the new features or enhancements by testing the developed functionalities in QA, UAT and Production

  • Organize demo sessions in UAT with stakeholders

  • Prepare training material and coordinate with the change management to secure delivery

  • Interact regularly with the Tech Leads, clarifying needs and providing feedback on designs, prototypes, and iterations of the solution.

  • Prepare and present CRM Process Reviews (Product Reviews)

  • Drive corrective actions to improve process design

  • Participate in User Feedback validation sessions to continuously capture business needs and create new user stories in the dedicated project management tool

  • Ensure information/data is provided by the business when they are required for user story developments

  • Ensure ergonomy rules are being applied in old and new features

Qualifications:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years in a similar position

  • Fluent or native English speaker

  • History of working in an international & multicultural environment

  • Experience in writing business requirements with Gherkin and Connextra Format for IT projects

Desirable

  • Experience of working on Agile project

  • Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company

  • Experience of working with SalesForce platform

Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics

  • SalesForce knowledge and experience is preferred

  • Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with organizational and logic skills

  • Proven capability to gather, manage and synthesize large amounts of information efficiently, effectively and creatively with meticulous attention to detail

  • Communicates & Collaborates: effectively networks to share knowledge

  • Fluent English ; another language would be a plus.

  • Good presentation and communications skills across multiple levels of the organization, including senior management

  • Ability to proactively communicate detailed information to management and project team
