About the role
As a CRM Product Manager, you own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our CRM platform.
You lead the direction of CRM while applying commercial excellence principles, making sure the CRM actively supports the commercial ambitions of the business. Not just as a system, but as a strategic tool.
You translate business needs and company goals into a platform that not only meets today's requirements, but is built to scale with tomorrow's ambitions.
You understand that a CRM is only as powerful as the people using it and the strategy behind it.
As part of the central Marketing team, you report to the Group Marketing Director, partnering closely with IT to deliver. You are responsible for leading a team of 2 specialists.
