We are seeking a Product Manager to shape and execute our CRM strategy within Edenred Turkey. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys shaping customer experiences and streamlining processes in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate closely with various business units, to ensure our CRM platform aligns with our business goals and delivers exceptional user experiences, while maintaining high data quality.

This strategic, high-impact role combines both operational and transformational responsibilities and will directly contribute to Edenred’s growth.

THE REQUIRED VIBE

• Experience in CRM product management, business analysis, or project management

• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM projects, including analysis, design, testing, and go-live

• Data-driven mindset with strong skills in data quality management, reporting, and problem-solving

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in collaborating with business units and managing stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.

• Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, and budget tracking.

• User-centric approach with experience in process improvement and change management.

• Strong advantage: hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US BY

• Define and implement the company’s CRM strategy for customers, merchants, and processes in collaboration with all business units.

• Provide vision, leadership, and guidance on business processes and user needs related to the CRM system.

• Manage, monitor, and analyze enhancements, issues, and improvements in the CRM system from start to finish.

• Lead the analysis, design, testing, and implementation phases across the full lifecycle of CRM projects.

• Adapt the existing CRM architecture to align with new strategies through targeted enhancements and developments.

• Ensure data quality within the system and deliver effective solutions to data- and process-related challenges.

• Drive and continuously manage the resolution of CRM system issues in collaboration with the IT department and/or CRM consultancy partners.

• Promote effective CRM adoption and continuously improve the user experience for system users.

• Oversee project and budget management for services provided by the CRM consultancy firm.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders across Edenred Turkey to ensure alignment.
