🔽 CRM 마케터는 이런 일을 합니다

고객 데이터를 바탕으로 인사이트를 도출하고, 신규 유저 구매 전환부터 기존 유저의 리텐션 강화까지 다각도의 CRM 전략을 수립하고 실행합니다. 또한 마케팅 솔루션 툴을 활용하여 개인화 타겟팅 시나리오를 설계·실행하며, 효과적인 캠페인을 자동화하여 지속적인 매출을 견인합니다.

이런 분과 함께하고 싶습니다

• 최소 3년 이상 CRM 마케팅 경험이 있는 분

• 데이터 분석부터 가설 수립, 캠페인 실행 및 성과 검증까지, CRM 캠페인의 전 과정(end-to-end)을 진행해 본 경험이 있는 분

• SQL 및 GA4 기반의 데이터 활용 역량을 보유하신 분

• 주도적으로 업무를 수행하고, 실행과 검증을 반복하여 성과를 만들어갈 수 있는 분

이런 점을 가지고 계신다면 더욱 좋습니다

• 비즈니스 수준 이상의 일본어가 가능하신 분

• Appier, Braze 등 마케팅 솔루션 활용 경험이 있는 분

• 이커머스 플랫폼에서 마케팅 운영 경험이 있는 분

• AI 도구를 업무에 활용해 본 경험이 있으신 분

✅ 채용절차 및 유의사항
