GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a CRM & Customer Data Coordinator to support the administration, integrity and effectiveness of our CRM and loyalty platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key operational role in maintaining customer data quality and supporting internal stakeholders across a large, established organisation .

Reporting to the CRM Business Lead, you will support the ongoing administration and operational effectiveness of our CRM and loyalty systems .
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the organisation’s “single customer view”, ensuring accurate customer mapping, resolving data integrity issues, and providing frontline CRM and loyalty support .
This role suits someone who enjoys working across systems, data and stakeholder support in a fast-paced environment.
