Your New Role

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving member growth, engagement and loyalty across G'day Parks and G'day Rewards. Leveraging customer insights and data, you'll develop and deliver targeted CRM campaigns that enhance the member experience and support acquisition, activation, retention and revenue growth.

Working collaboratively across Loyalty, Parks and Performance teams, you'll manage campaigns end-to-end, from audience segmentation and journey design through to execution, testing, reporting and optimisation. You'll also help evolve our voucher and loyalty capabilities, creating personalised offers and automated member journeys that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and commercially minded marketer who enjoys using data, technology and experimentation to create impactful customer experiences and drive business growth.

  • Drive end-to-end CRM campaigns across G'day Parks and G'day Rewards, delivering targeted customer communications that support brand, member and commercial growth.
  • Build and optimise data-driven customer journeys, improving member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation and repeat bookings.
  • Develop and manage personalised voucher, offer and loyalty campaigns that drive customer value, conversion and measurable business outcomes.
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Loyalty and customer data platforms to deliver automated, personalised and scalable marketing experiences.
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and insights to continuously test, optimise and enhance customer engagement, commercial results and member experience.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle, loyalty or campaign marketing.
  • Experience delivering targeted campaigns and automated customer journeys.
  • Understanding of segmentation, personalisation, testing and campaign measurement.
  • Strong campaign delivery, copywriting and quality-assurance skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across marketing, digital, data and technology teams.
