Trip.com is looking for a CRM Marketing Intern to support the execution and optimization of customer relationship management initiatives. This role will work closely with the CRM and Marketing teams to deliver effective customer communications across multiple channels, supporting customer engagement and business growth.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to data-driven marketing, customer lifecycle management, and large-scale CRM operations within a leading global travel platform.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across Email, App Push Notifications, LINE OA, and other CRM channels
Assist in preparing campaign content, including message copy, basic briefs, and coordination with design teams
Help manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure relevant and timely communications
Monitor and consolidate campaign performance reports (open rate, click-through rate, conversion metrics)
Conduct basic customer behavior and campaign performance analysis to support optimization initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Product, Tech) to ensure timely campaign delivery
Support CRM operational tasks and other marketing-related assignments as required
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management
Basic understanding of CRM channels (Email, Push Notification, Messaging Platforms) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Good command of English (both written and verbal); Thai proficiency is a plus
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Practical experience in enterprise-level CRM marketing operations
Exposure to customer data analysis and performance-driven marketing strategies
