About the role

This is an exciting newly created role whereyou'llhelp grow the global reach ofa new startupCPAdvancebynurturingand converting aleads and prospectsto take upworld-leading infant intervention training.

You'llcreate andmanage customer journeys,developcompelling content,analyse campaignperformanceand drive engagement and course enrolments. This is a fantastic opportunity for anearly careercommunications and CRM specialist to shape a new role and grow their career while making a real difference.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Manage CRM data and customer journeys ina CRM
  • Develop engaging email campaigns and marketing communications.
  • Create content that drives customer engagement and sales of training courses
  • Create andmaintaincontent calendars for customerjourneycommunications.
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, subject matterexpertsand marketing agencies to produce compelling content.
  • Analyseand trackcampaign performance and providereports andinsights for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively across Marketing, IT,Research,Trainingand external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support customer enquiries and continuously improve the customer experience.

About You

You are adriven,self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding writing skills. You enjoythe success of converting interest to sales andapplying your creative writing talents to nurturing and supporting customer decision making

You'llalso bring:

  • Minimum twoyears' experiencein CRM marketingandcommunications.
  • Strong written communication,copywritingand editing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing customer journeys and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
  • Experience using a CRM platform (Salesforce desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in Communications

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville. Together, we are committed to improving the health outcomes for children today and in the future.

In 2016–17, more than 85,654 children attended our Emergency Department, 322,291 specialist clinic appointments were held which was almost 70,000 more than the previous year, more than 17,000 surgeries were performed and more than 48,552 children were admitted to our wards.
