As a CRM Manager in the Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and repeat purchases by managing lifecycle communications for existing users and lapsed users. Your focus will be on maximizing customer value and lifetime revenue by developing and optimizing CRM journeys and campaigns for registered buyers across different value segments. You will plan and execute targeted communications that nurture engagement, stimulate repeat purchases, and support the expansion of new business verticals.
Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager, product marketing, data, and performance marketing teams, you will translate customer insights into effective lifecycle strategies across owned channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your work will ensure Chrono24 maintains an ongoing relationship with its customer base, strengthening loyalty and preventing users from drifting to competitor platforms.

What you can expect

  • Manage and optimize CRM lifecycle journeys for existing buyers and lapsed users across value segments to generate repeat purchases, reactivation and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Plan and execute targeted CRM communications across email, push notifications, and on-site or in-app messaging.
  • Plan,executeand measure the results of CRM initiatives that support global brand campaigns.
  • Support the activation and growth of new business verticals by integrating them into CRM journeys and communications.
  • Monitor CRM performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and timing to improve engagement, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, analytics, and creative teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader marketing strategies and deliver a consistent customer experience.

What sets you apart

  • Experience:3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
  • CRM & Marketing ToolsExperience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms(experience with Braze is a big plus)and managing lifecycle campaigns across email and push channels.
  • GTMExperience in supporting product launches(journeys and multichannel communications), delivering key messages across a wide range of audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive projects forward.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze CRM performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements in segmentation, messaging, and targeting.
  • TechPlatforms & AI Tools:Ability to leverage AI-driven tools for campaign optimization, copywriting and reporting
  • Passion for Luxury & Watches:A genuine interest in luxury goods, particularly high-end watches, is a strong plus.
