CRM Manager at Viu
About the job We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Manager to join our Regional Business Strategy and Insights department for Viu. This role will lead our regional CRM operations — managing automated journeys, segmentation, and campaign execution across multiple markets. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in CRM automation platforms, excellent coordination abilities, and a solid grasp of data analysis to help identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the Regional CRM team in managing day-to-day operations, including campaign setup, journey automation, and audience segmentation.
● Work closely with local market teams to ensure accurate campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
● Use CRM automation tools to build, deploy, and optimize customer journeys and triggered communications.
● Apply Liquid to personalize campaigns and improve engagement.
● Analyze campaign performance, creating regular reports, and identifying actionable insights and improvement areas.
● Maintain documentation of CRM processes, segmentation logic, and platform best practices.
● Implement testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to continuously improve messaging effectiveness. What You'll Need to Succeed
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 5-8 years of CRM or marketing automation experience, ideally in a regional or multi-market environment.
● Hands-on experience using CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, or similar).
● Strong understanding of journey automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques (Liquid, data attributes, etc.).
● Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage tasks across regional teams and time zones.
● Analytical mindset and proficiency in reading performance data to drive insights and recommendations.
● Highly organized with strong execution capability and attention to detail.
● A proactive team player who enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
