Job Information


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs (Hut Rewards and yuu) to enhance customer loyalty, including member automation journeys, offer strategies, and segmentation.
  • Develop and manage member acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies to strengthen long‑term customer engagement.
  • Establish effective marketing and promotional strategies to maximize business opportunities and support company objectives.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs and evaluate campaign performance to optimize spending and drive continuous improvements.
  • Formulate strategic marketing plans (member automation, offers, and segmentation) and implement targeted marketing programs.
  • Lead the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email communications, loyalty initiatives, and personalized marketing activities.
  • Utilize CRM databases and analytics tools to generate actionable insights, identify business opportunities, and personalize engagement plans.
  • Manage and maintain CRM databases to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
  • Drive the adoption of new CRM technologies and best practices to support innovation and ongoing enhancement of CRM capabilities.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in Marketing and CRM, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven management experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Proactive, responsible, with strong marketing acumen and high attention to detail.
  • Solid expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Braze, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in database management and CRM dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, problem‑solving, and people management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
