The Role
We’re looking for a polished and analytical CRM professional to lead the resort’s customer relationship management strategy. You’ll be entrusted with refining systems, curating personalised guest journeys, and ensuring our data intelligence supports both loyalty and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute CRM initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and lifetime value.
Manage CRM and PMS system configuration, optimisation, and data integrity.
Analyse guest data to drive segmentation, targeting, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to execute personalised campaigns.
Uphold GDPR compliance and best-in-class data hygiene protocols.
Oversee campaign performance through testing, tracking, and optimisation.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar CRM-focused role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
Expertise in CRM and property management systems.
Proficient in Excel and data visualisation tools.
Deep understanding of guest lifecycle and customer journey mapping.
Fluent English required; additional languages highly valued.
Strategic, discreet, and project-oriented with excellent interpersonal finesse.
The Package
Competitive salary plus monthly service charge (approx. USD 1,500/month).
Annual KPI-based bonus (up to 20%).
