
As CRM & Loyalty Lead for S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, you will help shape how our premium brands build meaningful, data-driven relationships with consumers across the different digital touchpoints.
Reporting to the Consumer Experience and Data Manager, this role will lead the development and orchestration of our global CRM and loyalty ecosystem, turning acquisition, nurturing and retention initiatives into distinctive consumer experiences. It sits at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer data, community building and premium gastronomy, with the ambition to strengthen engagement, increase brand affinity and unlock long-term loyalty across markets.
