For more than 140 years, RSPCA Queensland has been a leading animal welfare charity, dedicated to improving the lives of animals - whether domestic, farmed, or native. We care for over 42,000 animals annually, relying on the generosity of animal lovers like you to fund 91% of our life-changing services.
Our Purpose: We exist for animals to live better lives.
Our National Lottery Program
Help grow one of Australia's fastest-growing subscription and loyalty marketing programs.
Our national lottery is one of Australia's fastest-growing fundraising products, operating much like a sophisticated e-commerce subscription business.
Every campaign acquires new customers, while our Pet Supporter loyalty program focuses on retaining them through personalised lifecycle marketing, CRM, customer experience and continuous optimisation.
We're looking for an experienced Loyalty Marketing Specialist who enjoys combining commercial thinking with creativity to build smarter customer journeys, improve retention, increase lifetime value and grow recurring revenue.
If you love analysing customer behaviour, testing new ideas and creating personalised experiences that keep customers coming back, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This isn't a traditional marketing role.
You'll sit at the centre of our national lottery and loyalty program, owning the supporter journey from acquisition through to long-term retention.
You'll work across CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, segmentation, automation, customer experience and campaign optimisation to increase supporter lifetime value and grow recurring revenue.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. One day you might be building automated customer journeys or analysing supporter behaviour, the next you'll be writing compelling EDM copy, developing campaign content or identifying new opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
No two days are the same.
What You'll Do
You'll help shape the future of our Pet Supporter program by:
About You
You're someone who genuinely enjoys understanding people and what keeps them engaged.
You think like both a marketer and an analyst. You're just as comfortable writing high-performing EDM copy as you are analysing campaign performance, building customer segments, optimising automated journeys and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
You enjoy owning projects from idea through to execution and aren't afraid to jump between strategy and hands-on delivery.
What You’ll Bring
You'll stand out if you have experience with:
Why You Will Love This Role
Every ticket sold and every Pet Supporter who stays with us helps provide shelter, veterinary care and second chances for thousands of animals each year.
You'll join a collaborative and passionate fundraising team where your ideas are encouraged, innovation is celebrated and your work creates genuine impact.
