The Trading Pit is scaling a global multi-asset trading ecosystem across prop-trading and brokerage. We are hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full customer lifecycle architecture. You will design and execute automated journeys that increase activation, accelerate time-to-purchase, improve retention, and maximize customer lifetime value across a high-volume retail trading funnel.
This role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and measurable revenue impact.
What You’ll Own
- Own the CRM strategy, driving activation, retention, and customer value through automated journeys and segmentation.
- Full ownership of HubSpot automation architecture (workflows, properties, lifecycle
stages, lead scoring)
- Multi-stage onboarding aligned with funded trading evaluation models
- Use segmentation, customer data, and behavioral triggers to deliver relevant, personalized communications
- Email and multi-channel automation campaigns across the entire lifecycle
- Abandoned cart, post-purchase, upgrade, cross-sell, and reactivation programs
- Drive lifecycle performance through CRM initiatives, with responsibility for improving metrics such as lead-to-client conversion, activation, retention, and time-to-purchase, contributing to overall customer value growth
- Deliverability, CRM hygiene, compliance, and data integrity
- Performance analysis and continuous optimization based on lifecycle metrics
Within 6–12 months, you are expected to deliver measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and customer value.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation; experience with HubSpot preferred
- Proven track record of building high-performing lifecycle programs with measurable revenue impact
- Strong experience in high-volume B2C ecommerce or similar environments; experience in fintech, brokerage, or gambling is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into structured automation logic
- Understanding of customer journeys in performance-driven acquisition funnels
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
