Your new role
As CRM Lead, you will be the catalyst for transforming how we engage with customers across the UK affiliate. You'll own the adoption and optimisation of our CRM strategy, working at the intersection of technology, commercial execution and cross-functional collaboration to enhance how we serve healthcare professionals and patients.

As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. Within International Operations, you'll be part of the UK affiliate's Customer Engagement function – a team focused on optimising how we connect with healthcare professionals and patients through digital platforms and CRM solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enabling the UK affiliate to deliver on its commercial ambitions while maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement and regulatory compliance.
