Are you curious about fashion e-commerce and eager to learn behind the scenes? We’re looking for a CRM intern to join our sales team at NA-KD this fall!

Internship - CRM

As a CRM Intern at NA-KD, you will be working closely together with our Junior CRM Specialist, and our fantastic Sales team, as well as collaborating with several other teams. You’ll support with everything from campaign planning and newsletter creation to customer journeys and performance analysis.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative fashion brand.

What You Will Learn

During your internship, you will get practical experience with tasks such as:

• Creating and planning email campaigns

• Assisting with customer segmentation

• Supporting automated customer journeys

• Analyzing campaign performance

• Learning how to work in CRM tools

• Supporting the team in daily CRM work

Who You Are

We believe that you are:

• Currently studying a relevant program in marketing, e-commerce, or similar

• Internship period this fall with minimum 10 weeks.

• Interested in CRM, customer communication, fashion, and the latest trends.

• Familiar with CRM, newsletters, digital trends and social trends.

• Comfortable speaking, writing, and communicating in English

• Independent, curious, and not afraid to try new things!
