As part of the Marketing Department, CRM Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance through detailed reporting
Conduct monthly checks on automated CRM processes to ensure smooth operation
Generate and manage unique promotional codes for customer initiatives
Contribute to the revamp and optimization of customer communications
Prepare and analyze weekly recruitment reports to track performance
Assist in implementing targeted actions to drive customer acquisition
Support the development and enhancement of recruitment communication strategies
Provide support to stores in managing MyClient application
Prepare monthly reports to assess program effectiveness
Oversee promotional campaigns and initiatives for loyalty members
Track and manage gift card stock and performance
Ensure timely and accurate upload of weekly communications on the company intranet
Assist in processing monthly cost orders and budget tracking
Contribute to the creation of the monthly CRM Dashboard, offering insights into customer behavior and trends
Logistical support for CRM-related events
