abra is looking for an Experienced CRM Dynamics Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of complex systems and preparation of functional and technical specification documents.
• Management of complex requirements analysis processes with company clients, including understanding customer needs and leading business processes.
• Collaboration with software vendors and internal and external organizational interfaces.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in systems analysis – must
• Proven experience in writing detailed specification documents, both functional and technical, including interface specifications – must
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation and configuration of processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – a significant advantage
• Familiarity with service centers / sales / marketing environments – an advantage
• Knowledge and experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
• Relevant education or professional training in systems analysis.
