The CRM & Digitalization Trainee plays a key supporting role within the CRM and Digitalization area in BMW Financial Services, contributing to the development and execution of customer-centric initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and drive business. In this role, you will support the optimization of CRM strategies, digital platforms, and data-driven marketing initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and customer experience teams. The position combines analytical thinking, digital innovation, and proactive stakeholder engagement to improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer loyalty, and support the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
