Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

• Build and manage marketing journeys and automation workflows in Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns using Dynamics messaging services(SMS, MMS, push notifications) to reach audiences effectively.
• Configure Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and Content Builder to ensure accurate segmentation and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CI-J with other platforms and data sources.
• Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on best practices for Journey Builder.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, platform enhancements, and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field, with a strong focus on Customer insights journey.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist.
• Strong proficiency in Journey Builder and Customer insight Data.
• Experience with Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Email Studio.

Working environment

• Hybrid - 4 days in the office
• FTE type of contract
