You will design, develop, and implement solutions within our Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and developing/implementing solutions and ensuring the CRM system is effectively meeting the needs of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Customizes and configures Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Works closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements / technical specifications and translates them into CRM system configurations, customizations and integrations.
  • Develops and maintains technical documentation for CRM solutions.
  • Performs data migration tasks and supports/enhances integrations with other business applications.
  • Performs system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Monitors system performance and implements improvements to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
