Your new role
In this role you will own CRM tools and leverage data-driven insights to inform customer segmentation, customer engagement strategies, and marketing performance optimization across cardiometabolic therapy areas. You will translate data into actionable recommendations that improve HCPs and patients engagement, support launches and local brand strategies, and measure the commercial impact of marketing initiatives.

The Cardiometabolic Marketing department at Novo Nordisk Croatia drives strategic efforts to improve outcomes for people living with obesity, diabetes and related cardiovascular conditions.
We combine clinical insight, market expertise and patient-centric thinking to develop impactful, compliant campaigns and marketing activities.
Working closely with medical, sales and public affairs, our team translates evidence into clear value propositions that support both patient care and commercial growth.
In Cardiometabolic Marketing department we foster a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement, empowering our teams to implement best practices and enhance their professional skills to achieve outstanding business results.
