The Opportunity
Are you passionate about customer journeys, CRM activation, data-driven marketing, and turning insights into action?
We're looking for a CRM & Customer Activation Specialist to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in connecting customers with life-changing hearing healthcare services. This is an exciting opportunity to own the operational execution of CRM campaigns, customer activations, audience segmentation, and performance reporting that directly influences customer engagement, appointment bookings, and business growth across ANZ.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Contact Centre partners, Global CRM teams, and technology providers to ensure the right customers receive the right message at the right time.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 days in the Milton Office, 1 day working from home

What You'll Be Doing
CRM Activation & Journey Management
Execute and maintain CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Configure customer journeys, workflows, triggers, and lifecycle programs.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure successful deployment.
Ensure all activity aligns with privacy, consent, and governance requirements.
Audience & Database Management
Build customer audience selections and segmentation strategies.
Generate campaign audiences and outbound call lists.
Manage communication eligibility and suppression lists.
Maintain customer data quality and database health
Contact Centre Activation
Create, validate, and distribute contact centre calling lists.
Reconcile campaign outcomes and return files.
Monitor lead utilisation, conversion rates, contact rates, and appointment outcomes.
Identify process improvements to maximise customer engagement and appointment generation.
Reporting & Insights
Maintain CRM and activation performance dashboards.
Produce regular reporting and performance updates.
Analyse customer engagement and conversion trends.
Recommend optimisation opportunities that improve business outcomes.
About You
You'll be a highly organised marketing professional who enjoys working with data, technology, and customer communications.
You'll bring:
3-5 years' experience in CRM, campaign operations, customer activation, or marketing automation.
Experience building customer audiences and segmentation strategies.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, workflow management, and campaign execution.
Experience in data quality, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing technologies, and external vendors.
A curious, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
BI experience strongly regarded
Qualifications
Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
