Job Title: CRM Coordinator & Power BI Developer

Location: Manilla Philippines

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CRM Coordinator & Power BI Developer to join our commercial excellence team and help transform data into actionable insights. You will be part an international team with colleagues in both the Nordics and Philippines. In this role, you will both be working with increasing data quality in our CRM as well as assisting in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will contribute to the organization becoming more data-driven and a key to being successful in this role is the ability to cooperate with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Work closely with the organization to improve the quality of data in the CRM by identifying missing, incomplete, duplicate or inconsistent data and manage batch import of data to the CRM, ensuring accuracy completeness and correct formatting
• Assist and participate in system testing by preparing test data, executing test cases, validating outcomes, and logging issues for resolution.
• Support documentation efforts and provide feedback or recommendation for improvement in collaboration with Digital Transformation and IT Team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in CRM (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
• Proficient in Excel including strong experience in data manipulation, cleaning techniques, and formula automation
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Experience from user acceptance testing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English both verbally and in writing
• Bachelors in information systems, data science or similar.
• We believe that you have 1-3 years work experience

Nice-to-Have

• Experience from working in an international setting
• Understanding business processes and KPIs.
• Experience of Power Automate , familiarity with workflow automation and enablement tools is advantage.
